Terms and Conditions

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the meditation workshop (“Workshop”) hosted by NuDreem LLC and agree to the following:

0. Age Confirmation (18+)
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and meet the eligibility criteria for this event.

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in the Workshop may involve physical, emotional, and psychological responses, including but not limited to stress, emotional release, or discomfort. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including those arising from the actions of facilitators, instructors, staff, volunteers, or other participants.

2. Release of Liability
I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives, hereby release, waive, and discharge NuDreem LLC, their affiliates, teachers, employees, agents, volunteers, and any of their affiliated organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, or demands for injury, damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, that I, my assigns, heirs, distributees, guardians, or legal representatives now have or may hereafter have as a result of my participation in the Workshop.

3. Health and Fitness
I affirm that I am medically, physically, and emotionally fit to participate in the Workshop. I understand that this is a spiritual, experiential event intended to support self-reflection and personal awareness. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and NuDreem LLC is not a licensed medical provider, therapist, or psychologist. I will follow all safety instructions and modify activities as needed for my comfort and well-being.

4. Personal Responsibility
I acknowledge that facilitators may make suggestions intended to promote my well-being, but I take full responsibility for my own choices. I agree to be fully and financially responsible for my physical and emotional health during the Workshop.

5. Confidentiality and Respect
I agree to respect the privacy of other participants and maintain confidentiality regarding personal sharing, except as required by law. Facilitators may remove participants for unsafe, disruptive, or harmful behavior.

6. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation in the Workshop.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this Waiver and Release, understand it, and agree to its terms voluntarily. I acknowledge that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under Washington law, including RCW 4.24.210.

9. Media Release
I grant permission for photographs and video recordings taken during the Workshop to be used by NuDreem LLC for promotional and educational purposes, including social media and marketing.
Participants who do not consent to media use must notify the organizers in writing prior to the Workshop.
I understand I will not receive compensation for such use.

Your tickets are being purchased from NuDreem (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
